Member Withdrawal

Members shall be free to withdraw from GAPPS at any time. No refunds of membership fees will be paid.

Members who are in an appeals process with the ethics committee for more than six months may be excluded from GAPPS activities by the Executive Board until the issue has been resolved.  Exclusion means that the Member or Endorsed Provider in question, or their representatives, are not allowed to participate in any future GAPPS activity and must cease to issue assessments under the GAPPS logo. 

The Executive Board has also the authority to exclude members who are unworthy of membership in the opinion of the Board.

Representatives from a Member who is engaged in the appeals process for more than 6 months may not vote at any meetings, nor stand for election as officers.
