New Program Manager Mapping Available

GAPPS recently added the Project Management Association of Japan’s P2M to the mapping along with ICB3, PMI Standard for Program Management and Managing Successful Programs using the GAPPS Program Manager Standard as the "spine". The mappings are used to understand how the various standards around the world relate to one another. How they are similar and how they are different. This session we will be working on several streams of work including mapping the new ISO standards, adding to our existing map of global standards.

We will be working on the development of the Project Control Standard and reviewing the Global Project Manager Standard to consider new areas of focus including knowledge management and sustainability. If you or your organisation is facing an issue with understanding global PM standards, developing frameworks for Project Controls you should definitely come and join us.

You'll learn the basics of standards development and you'll have access to use all the in draft mode work that is currently in development when you return to work. It will be the most valuable 3 days of your 2014! Add to that it's a lot of fun.
